In 2010, the average DOM for homes sold by Pineapple Interiors was just 50 days! The average DOM in the Denver Metro Area was between 90-100 for 2010. The statistics for the Denver Area would not include homes that were pulled from MLS because they were not sold, which would drive that number even higher.
