As part of our one day Vacant Staging Class, you will learn the following:
- Strategic Business Planning: how to go about getting that vacant home revenue stream
- Talking to builders, realtors and homeowners with confidence with sample scripts included
- How to qualify your clients so you DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME bidding on jobs where there is no staging budget
- Previewing homes in preparation for the bid – you will visit two homes including one in the $1M price range
- Pricing: take home specialized forms to make this process quick and easy
- Writing fantastic bids that really get your client’s attention
- Making furniture selections using what you have and/or what is available for lease
- Accessorizing: make a great statement in every home you stage
- Preparing for Staging Day
- Streamlining your staging process
- Staging Day Solutions: getting creative
- Following up with your client
- Dealing with complaints and quirks
The cost for the class is $500 and must be paid in full to reserve your spot. Classes with be held in Denver and will include a morning snack and lunch.
